Dr. David Ross is a full-time online faculty member at Eastern Gateway Community College in Steubenville, Ohio, USA. Dr. Ross has an earned doctorate in Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing a second doctorate in Higher Education Leadership. His area of expertise is organizational politics and work withdrawal behaviors in non-profit organizations. Dr. Ross also teaches collaboration and organizational leadership in several graduate programs.



Dr. Ross lives in Bradenton, Florida, USA with his family. Dr. Ross also serves as a manuscript reviewer for the Journal of College Student Retention and as a member of the external review board for the Journal of Student Affairs.
