Every group has potentially irrational or unreasonable beliefs to which they expect members to adhere. Think of one group you were thrust into as a child that influenced your thinking (this might be your “family”). Again, read in The Thinker’s Guide to the Human Mind (the sections on sociocentrism), for background.
